I read Mere Christianity once in middle school, and I don’t remember it all that well; so now I’m rereading it alongside you guys, and writing out my own rebuttals. I really didn’t miss the way Lewis writes his apologetics books, they come off as very grandiose and condescending to me. Maybe he didn’t mean it that way, but that’s always the vibe I got.
