Switch from 1st-of-Month Billing to Subscription Billing Starting November

Due to Apple shenanigans, Patreon switches the billing model from 1st-of-Month (the old default, billed on day of joining and then always on the 1st of the month) to Subscription Billing (new default, billed on day of joining and then monthly on that same date)
Patreon will, by default, add a surcharge when joining a Patreon via the iOS app, which counts as an in-app purchase. (As far as I understand this, iOS users should be able to avoid that by joining the Patreon via the browser/Safari, so that it doesn't count as an in-app purchase.)
