These leggings have a hole in the worst place, realised half way through my sesh 😂 probably time to get some new gym wear again!

A wardrobe failure🤷 Oh and in the most inappropriate place Embarrassing or what 😳😵💫 😂😂😂 Not a wardrobe failure I will be having with my leggings 😂😂😂😂 Really really must be time for a change of leggings Sophie HAHAHA Yous looking incredibly strong 💪💪🦵🦵👍👍 With all that power it’s no wonder the leggings gave in HAHAHAHA Good Sesh with my PT on Tuesday Increase in db weight for reverse alternating lunges, single arm rows🦵💪 Increase in weight on bench press machine 🏋️♂️ but reduce reps from 4 lots of 10 to 4 lots of 8 PHEW Gym tomorrow then Sunday More work with PT next Tuesday. She pushes me hard but safe 👍👍 Thinking of adding in a protein supplement drink for after my seshes to aid with muscle recovery Only drink water during a sesh at the moment Wondering if you do the same????
