I just have zero patience and yet Iโm like, letโs be a comic artist where that is a necessity. Iโm not gonna hide the fact Iโm straight up lazy and just sketch in silhouette folks and wash my hands of them, the soulless cretins ๐คฃ
If I canโt draw everyone being A-Cast level pretty, whatโs the point? Iโm a shallow artist when it comes to my OCs, sue me ๐ค I mean I COULD draw the background people with decent clothes and basic features but 1. I would take FOREVER and 2. Iโm incapable of drawing a character with details and ignoring them, they end up becoming a fully fledged OC if I draw them too pretty ๐คฃ
Even with them being tiny silhouette people, it took longer than I wanted to draw a crowd of them like goddamn, Iโm not here for you. I want to draw my boys.
Honestly the only time I have an ounce of patience for background characters is if thereโs 5 or less, maybe more like 3.
