really wanted to do a specular map for the pants but unfortunately the maps I make seem to be messing up the game, will do some troubleshoot and hopefully in the future I can add working spec maps, have tried to make texture as best as I can, in the mean time, blender users, make sure to increase specular and lower roughness for leather look, also add normal map!
any issues please let me know! enjoy :)

thank you <3! the walls are just cubes, I added another cube at the bottom and bevelled it to create the skirting board, the floor is a texture I found on 3dtextures.me, the key is to find textures with normal maps (make sure the node is set no no colour instead of rgb) and bump maps, I add some specular so it can react to the HDRI lighting and turn roughness down to give it sheen. without those maps, the texture alone is flat
