And he did the same, even though we didnโt have to, but it was the thought that counted. So Iโm lucky to have him to do small things like that that in a way is within a budget and can call a day at the fair a date ๐ฅฐ๐ฅฐ๐ฅฐ

I used to work at a floral shop during valentines and canโt tell you the amount of times I saw men pick up a bouquet of roses, candy and a card the day/night of Valentines Day. Iโm glad I made a lovely dinner for my man. Plus heโs the only man whoโs surprised me with flowers and chocolate at my house on a random day not on Valentineโs Day because he wanted to show how much he loves his better half ๐ฅฐ๐ฅฐ๐ฅฐ
