Natalie Amari - Tiara

This time I’m going to get her into the Studio for something less setting focused, like all of her other shoots have been. I’ve also got plans for a couple spots on the property that I think would make a good backdrop to mix it up a bit, too.
Speaking of big settings, you know I had to shoot in front of these big ass curtains on that Victorian couch. The props room supplied us with the tiara and the dress I had just recently picked up from Goodwill. It’s just crazy how this whole set fell together. There was definitely a little bit of Hole’s “Live Through This” iconic album cover in there haha.
I shot this on the 35 because I felt it was a safe bet to get three full length of the curtains, but I kind of wish I would’ve slapped on the ultra wide to really exaggerate the effect, distorted body parts be damned. The lighting is brought to you by the spotlight attachment, because of course, and I love how Natalie just absorbs it. Some of her poses towards the end are crazy, too, I love this side of her and I’m hoping to get some of that (and some classy stuff) with her in a few days!
