Saved this for today, because I knew Iโd be flying. ๐ I love the way Michaela Cole explores all kinds of consent. Arabella was drugged and raped by unknown parties. Terry walked into a trap that ended in a threeway, and the other two participants werenโt who she thought they were. Arabellaโs Italian boyfriend wasnโt who she thought he was. Kwame represented himself as someone he wasnโt in order to have sex. Maybe there are two themes here: identity and consent. Because how can you really give consent if you donโt know your partner? How well should you know a potential sexual partner? Itโs all so deep, on so many levels, and I LOVE your reactions. Oh, and Terry met a man whose outer self is different from his genitals! Just excellent all around.
