February Movie Night Announcement: FLCL (2000)

Hello all. By patron request, we are going to delve into the world of anime for what I believe is the first time in the history of the pod. We're watching FLCL, the 2000 anime mini-series directed by Kazuya Tsurumaki of Evangelion note. We've been advised to go in blind, so I don't have much more for you than that. Except to say that, we can make an argument that this is cinema since it's a mini-series. Don't get it twisted; we haven't yet sunk to the level of television.
