2025-08-31 15:45:50 +0000 UTCSuch a good pair of episodes! Pouf is the ultimate brain power among the Royal Guards. Heβs creepy and honestly reminds me a bit of Hisoka. And by the wayβthat man wouldβve been PURRFECT for this arc. Gon and Killua shouldβve invited him on hunter business, since Hisoka IS a licensed Hunter. He couldβve outsmarted Pouf and probably decapitated Youpi already. He would've toyed with soldier ants. Sigh.. wasted potential :( Anyway, back to Poufβheβs the most vulnerable of the Guards despite being the cunning, smarty-pants one. Way easier to kill. I also have to disagree with the narrator about Morel βdoing the right thingβ by removing the smoke screen to help Knuckle. Sure, it worked out in the end, but they didnβt know that at the time. He shouldβve stayed loyal to the plan. And because of HIS injury, Knuckle ended up removing the 'JIKAN DESU!' thingy (lol I forgot the actual name). Knuckle is such a softie and the mangaka really made sure we knew it. With puppies, with Gon's training, with this entire plan.. On my first watch I remember thinking, 'Oh, Meleron can touch the JIKAN DESU thing to make it invisible for a while' but NOPE! They went in the exact opposite direction :'D Bizeffβs side story is just boring :/ Iβm sorry but itβs true. Sure, all the bits and pieces come together in the end, but in the middle of all the fight scenes they just feel so unrelated. Welfin on the other hand is the epitome of an overthinker. He couldβve killed that lioness and the poor poor ant girl already but since he doesnβt really know them or their powers, he just trails after them. Be brave dude. WE SAW PALM!! Itβs been a minute girl, but thank you Pouf for showing us. She had it rough in this arcβ¦ maybe even on par with Knov :(
