What could cause excessive bandwidth usage? Answer: repair loop

Possible solutions:
1. Remove the update hook. Instead of doing instant plex update scans, do a periodic library scan instead
2. Serve from rclone. This way, even if rclone encounters an issue downloading the file, it won't trigger a zurg repair.
3. Wait for the next nightly dropping tomorrow. I've fixed this issue and is coming soon.

For example, in a series, if an episode is broken, it remains broken indefinitely. Why is Zurg unable to fix this? Could it be due to the RD download link? Thanks,
