Iโve been trying to check in with myself lately and actually acknowledge how I am feeling in the moment. I definitely intended to post more for you guys last week, but I realized I just wasnโt feeling up to doing anything on either platform and instead of ignoring that, because I like to remain consistent, I decided to accept that I just was not in the right headspace. Some days are better than others, but I think the important thing is not to bury how you feel about things and check in with ourselves more. So, I just want to say I appreciate all of you and I hope youโre taking care of yourselves. Itโs very easy to become overwhelmed with your day to day. So just be kind to yourselves and others as much as you can. ๐๐๐ฉต
