Changed billing subscription method - immediate effect
New paid members are charged when they join and monthly on that same date, instead of on the 1st of each month. For example, a member who signs up on April 12 is charged again on May 12. Members will see their next charge date at checkout and in their Active Memberships tab.
Nothing changes for existing members. You're still charged on the 1st of each month.
Long story short : benefits :
1-Deliver benefits to all members who have paid their most recent bill, regardless of when that payment occurs throughout the month.
2-Avoid complaints, refund requests, and/or cancellations from members who feel double charged when they’re billed at signup and again on the 1st of the month.
3-Promote your page at any time of the month without the worry of double charging.
4-Avoid members who sign up, access your content, and cancel before ever paying (getting access to your membership for free).
Guess what ? the #4 and #2 are the main reasons I changed. For 4, I'm one of the cheapest amazon art creator if you compare quantity/ price but still there are folks that think everything must be free. I understand we all have different financial means but this kills creation and this is disrespectful for all regular members.
