Timothy Butler, an agent in the Counter Intelligence Division of the FBI working undercover for the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency), leads a structured yet solitary life in Washington, D.C. Tasked with investigating the growing influence of Valkyrian Enterprises (EOA), an enigmatic organization expanding its footprint in media, fitness, and local economies, he operates in the shadows, piecing together clues. Despite being engaged for two years to Bella, a kind and patient woman who dreams of their wedding, Tim keeps delaying the big day, unsure of what’s holding him back.

One evening, in a lively Washington bar, he meets Ramona Darcana, a scientist with the USGS (U.S. Geological Survey). Ramona is exceptional: towering at 6’5” (195 cm), athletic, and effortlessly charismatic, with a magnetic laugh and a natural ease that starkly contrasts with Tim’s reserved demeanor. The two hit it off immediately. They talk, joke, and, aided by a few drinks, spend the night laughing and getting to know each other. It’s just another casual night out, the kind of spontaneous drinking session that happens a million times a day across the world. Yet, for Tim, something feels different—like fate has taken a personal interest in this encounter.
In this comic, I wanted to break new ground in the EOA universe by exploring fresh ideas and perspectives:

• An All-American setting:
  This story unfolds primarily in the United States, with its diverse and iconic locales adding depth and variety to the narrative. The focus on EOA’s expanding influence within the U.S. highlights how deeply its roots have spread, offering a cultural and geographic contrast to previous stories.

• The FBI’s external perspective:
  Instead of diving into the EOA’s inner workings through its members, this comic takes a fresh angle by following Timothy, an outsider and investigator. His dual role as both observer and reluctant participant brings tension and mystery, as readers uncover the scope of Valkyrian Enterprises’ reach alongside him.

• A different kind of relationship dynamic:
  The chemistry between Timothy and Ramona Darcana stands apart from past stories. Ramona, with her towering stature, athletic build, and radiant personality, represents a form of gentle femdom—dominance rooted in charisma and natural presence rather than overt strength or control. Tim’s reserved and methodical nature makes him an intriguing foil to her easygoing charm. Their connection explores themes of trust, attraction, and the unexpected ways people can upend each other’s lives.
