Final chapter - Basia Origins se02e07chap5

Look the good news is that the busy moment of the year is gone now...the famous end of fiscal year is behind me and this year was the worst I ever had, I even wonder how I managed to write stories but now ??? I'll have much more time to produce content !

This is what I have written a few days ago about this ending :

I think the first parts turned out quite well, with three narrative arcs — first the trip to Africa, then Basia’s life story — which gradually led into the third arc: the context of the Amazonite, the lost village, the mysterious spiders, the village with women with overdeveloped clitorises and men with atrophied penises, a link to various legends (the Amazons, the Valkyries), and on top of all that I really tried to keep it readable and, after reviewing it, I have to say I think it turned out pretty good, lol.
So the priority now is to stick the landing for the ending: I have in mind one of my old comix where I completely ran out of inspiration at the end and it was really painful because you drag it out and it shows. I won’t say which one, but feel free to tell me if you think you know which one I mean…
Anyway, I absolutely have to make sure this final part is good. Absolutely.
Not only because it’s the ending of this comix, but also because this particular one will serve as a reference and a cornerstone for understanding the whole universe — so I imagine it will be reread more often than the others. So there’s no room for mistakes: not in the characters, not in the settings, not in the dialogues, not in the plot... in short, I’m working flat out, which explains why I haven’t been posting much lately.

So the chapter 5 is the last one of Origins. I was thinking to make it a bit longer with a real sci fi scene but this would mean you would have wait one week more.
