Sounds from a very gassy stomach!

Hereโs an eight and a half minute clip of done if that gas churning around uncomfortably in my belly! sorry for the blips in sound, I think my mic needs replacing. I cut out a lot of the worst ones, I hope the rest donโt spoil your enjoyment of the sound too much.
I was sooooo uncomfortable and visibly bloated throughout the whole thing - no idea what prompted this bout of gassy guts, I just seem to be prone to it these days! ๐
watch out for the burp at the end!
