I think thats whats overwhelmed me for so long now is trying to figure out if i should use SAI or photoshop or if theres any good free ones out there ? thats mainly where im stuck. if i had someone to just download it all for me and hand me the tablet and say "ok draw" it would cut out all my problems. being autistic makes it even harder to grasp and was starting to irritate everyone so i just gave up for the longest time. thank you for your opinion / recommendations btw ! ilysm and im so glad i could get someone whos truly an inspiration to me- well, to get their artistic experience haha.

2025-01-30 19:49:30 +0000 UTCBest thing to do is start drawing! I mean that, my first set up was absolute trash. I have since upgraded 3 times, I'm now on an Artist 24 Pro paired with an iMac which is way too much for most people's needs. You'll gradually figure out the kind your requirements and preferences for equipment and software. For now, I recommend any of the free options for software, maybe even shell out for Adobe or Affinity if you choose. And check out tons of tutorials and write ups on how to tweak your specs/use your chosen software and tablet. Eventually once you get the hang of things rendering digitally rather than traditionally, research XP-Pen and upgrade from there when you're ready!
