Temporary Email Verification Outage. July 25
Added 2023-07-25 20:41:34 +0000 UTCHello,
I wanted to write you concerning our outage.
Outage Update:
Our host was kind enough to explain how we were banned at length; SpamExperts, a professional standard in filtering email services marked our email as spam and blacklisted us from using our automated outbox (no-reply@coom.xxx). Our surge in new users triggered their system into flagging us, we were climbing upwards of 200+ accounts a day! Thank you so much for your interest. However, when I tried to understand why we were marked as spam if we offer a authentic adult gaming service, they seem to be dodging my question. Either they don't know or won't tell me. I've been with my host for about a ~8 years and I have nothing but good things to say about my tenure with them. I trust they will find a resolution for us by tomorrow.
We have a backup solution almost prepared that will use a verification code instead of a verification link. When first logging into the game. I think you should all be pretty familiar with this format:
This will be coming from our support@coom.xxx instead of the no-reply@coom.xxx until the outbox functionality is restored.
In the meantime, if you guys are having this email verification issues,
please send me a DM on Patreon, or on our Discord with your:
username
email
This is me on the Discord.
We can get you manually verified while we sort this out. Thanks for your patience and understanding while we iron out these bumps in the road.
Male Model update tomorrow :)
Thanks for stopping by,
—Balls
