Weekly Report #3 (18/03/2024)

Hey Guys!! Time for another weekly report!!..... Alright, let's get to the elephant in the room…

Gumroad

If you haven’t heard, Gumroad has recently updated their terms of service where they ban all NSFW content from the site. What does this mean to me? Although my avatars do not focus on the NSFW element, I'm going to play it safe and will be leaving the site and will no longer post new avatars on the site. I'm also going to be “unpublishing” all of the avatars on my Gumroad store. That means nobody else can buy from there, but people who have bought the avatars before can still download them if they still have the same email/account. Even new files that I would later add, like the Gardevoir 2.0. So no need to worry if you want the updated Gardevoir and not buy it again. Hopefully Gumroad lets me keep the downloads up. Now, where am I going?

Moving to Itch.Io!

Like most NSFW artist I been seeing, im saying “Fuck Off!” to Gumroad and saying “Hello” to my new home Itch.io! I have been testing and trying other sites, but they would usually have small issues that pushed me away and believe just posting everything at Itch.io would be the best option. All past and future avatars will be posted there for now… Or at least until Paypal feels like attacking another site. I will be sharing the link once Gardevoir 2.0 is out… Which~

Gardevoir 2.0 is SO CLOSE to release!!!

And by “CLOSE” I mean I'm trying to aim to release her later today! I've been working hard to try and refine my very first avatar that I have ever sold and kick started ALL of this. This was supposed to be a simple tune up, and then I wanted to add MORE FEATURES and could’t stop until I literally ran out of room in the avatar. Like a Bulge slider for the Panties and String dress, Color Controls and Textures controls that individually control either the body, clothes and eyes. I have also added a physbones toggle for the breasts. So if you want to go flat chested with either the breast slider or the “Cannon Body” slider, you could do it manually instead of automatically only when the breast slider is off. With everything I had to also remove the “Open Slot” button and spanking toggle just to make room for everything. Hopefully you all could understand. Just need to quickly make graphics and set up the Unity Package before finally releasing her. I want to personally thank WarfareMachine for allowing me to do this and effectively giving me the only job I could rely on by allowing me to port all of these models to VRC. Hopefully tonight Gardevoir 2.0 will be out.

Future Plans

Alright, with everything that's been going on. Barely able to keep up with a simple update of a single avatar and unable to keep up with renders that I want to do. Let alone other modeling projects I want to focus on. I might be going to rethink my plans for the Avatar Updating plan. Im now not 100% sure that later avi updates would be faster now, and debating on if I should continue with them, take a break or focus on an all new WF avatar. But what I know FOR SURE is that I will be next updating the Flint avatar with the same treatment I did for Gardevoir. I have been seeing how popular she is compared to the other avis and I can't thank you all enough. But besides that, I've been thinking of making another poll. This one would probably last a few more weeks then normal because I want to use that time for not only focusing a bit on school, but also more personal projects and renders I've been wanting to make. Hopefully you all understand, and thank you SO much for the support. You all are the reason why I keep pushing forward!
