I’m a teetotaler, which means I prefer not to self medicate and instead I just push my negative emotions further and further down and let them fester beneath the surface until they turn into mental illness.

For instance my girlfriend is as straight edge as can be meanwhile I smoke all the pot and sometimes when she has like anxiety attacks n what not I think to myself “maybe she should just smoke” but I’ve never pressed it because idk how she’ll act or how it will make her feel right, what if she rips my face off lololol. But I wonder if the heads of mk considered every person acts different under every substance
