In less then a week two of them came up to me with the same script in the gym and once that happens they won't leave you alone with phone calls asking if you want more out of your life and where do you see yourself in a couple of years and how you would be great for their "side business" and they want to get you on a call with their "mentors". Bunch of brainwashed losers 😂

He mentioned their business model was literally built like a pyramid so that made him suspicious too. My guess is he started to see it after I declined the offer and told him it was a pyramid scheme.

I still didn’t buy it thankfully but my friend bought into it. I tried to explain the red flags to him but he didn’t want to believe me. I kinda forgot about it until I listened to this episode but now I’m going to reach out to him and see whatever happened to it.

I had a very successful high school career and played trumpet in various programs, toured Europe playing jazz festivals being told I was a star trumpet player but when adulthood hit my parents pushed me out of the nest after a breakup with a girl I thought I was gonna marry and I didn't have a leg to stand on. My 20s were a shit show of escapism and drugs/alcohol, homelessness etc. Luckily I'm now 30 and got my shit together and live a happy cozy little life in a one bedroom house with my lady and our beautiful animals and I wouldn't have it any other way.
