Maybe to adhere to some viewers who see it as a waste of time, maybe a question of the day can be incorporated? There's a few card games that have general questions / topics for friends to play that keep conversations going. However, I don't think it's necessary to try to force the boys to keep a convo going when they know they're tapped out for the episode.

In those places, a small impact was detected on IQ. But fluoride is not being used to lower people's IQ or anything, there's not a risk of that, unless you live in that very specific area that affects under 1% of the population.
