Majorly, it was great that was the best way to go through it, especially since half the movies I’m never going to watch. It helps fill in context and know what’s going on. Especially since you guys start off just giving your opinions without spoilers for other people within the first half hour it works out well

That's fair. If every movie was a musical, I'd hate it but I like the niche they operate in and they can be a pretty fun deviation from typical cinema if done well. -J

Yeah, the audio was scuffed. We were running fans in the shed due to the heat and they seeped into the audio and I needed to use some tools to remove the background noise. Best it could sound. Will be fixed for the episode after the next one (since the next one was recorded in the same evening). As for recording duration, thanks for the feedback. Will keep an eye on what people think and go from there. Imo, if we try to force a particular duration, it could make the episodes worse. -J

I feel like I’m in the minority but I’ve always hated musicals in movies. A lot of times the songs are glorified exposition dumps, otherwise I think they’re just kinda cringe

Personally I don’t think it needs to be 1 hr long or a set time they need to get to, if they exhaust everything they wanted to say about the movie then why prolong it.
