2025-01-29 01:33:16 +0000 UTCI considered moving to Nevada at one point because I liked the vibe. Not necessarily Vegas, but an area called Henderson it was nice. I just wasn't thrilled with the lack of resiliency of the local economy. If possible maybe you can give Colorado a shot. I was blown away at how nice the folks are out there and the natural beauty is something else. I hope you find peace.

Moved here from Chicago about 2 years ago and honestly hate it., everyone is so rude and about themselves, honestly having a hard time even just making friends out here. The nature is beautiful though, can’t argue that.

The people here are the worst for all the reasons you described. I started working remotely for a company in Chicago and I was blown away at how nice everyone is. It made me realize I need to GTFO. Florida is 100% the problem. I am leaving for Colorado this year. Screw this state and all of the career criminals in it.
