I'm not talking about people who are into spirit animals or mascots who know what they're doing is goofy, but the people who genuinely want to become a lizard I think should be classified with a disease of the mind no different from alcoholism or gambling. They crave excess on greater and greater levels until something like this happens. Those people are genuinely sick and often end up hurting themselves, we should be offering them help instead of playing along with their insanity
