So in American Public Schools, there are Autisic Support Classrooms (this isn't just kids with Autism, but who have other mental disabilities). There are PRIVATE Schools that are suited towards Autism and other mental disabilities, but keyword here is private. So unless the family has the money to spend to send their kid their, they have to rely on public school system, which depending where you live in the country, ranges. Teachers have to keep a file on these students to show if they have or have not shown growth because lawsuits are so common for school districts to pay out so the child can be sent to a private school on public education money (this is all growing issue in every states education budget and is a whole other topic).

2025-09-13 17:41:54 +0000 UTCUntil now, I have managed mostly to avoid learning about Chris Chan. That’s kinda remarkable since he casts a big goofy shadow over a lot of the internet that i visit. One of the Last Podcast on the Left fellas is obsessed with Chanthology, and I love those guys, but I still avoided anything beyond learning the Oedipal basics about CWC. But, when Red Thread went in, I said “this is the time and this is the place.” So, maybe this is one of the rare instances when someone is learning about CWC *voluntarily*. Great show as always, fellas.
