This is TM-fucking-I but I recently had a death in the family (on New Yearโs Day! something ironic about beginnings and endings) and was just getting hit with a wave of anxietyโฆ this really truly helped me ground back into my body and not fall into an anxiety spiral. And the tiny scissors made me laugh, but were oddly comforting.
