Patch 0.14.1 for Ethereal Sunder

This patch for build 0.14 of Ethereal Sunder fixes the following problems:
Fixed: New erotic dance scene freezing if you talk to the senior dancer from above her.
Fixed: Visual indicator showing over the senior dancer during the final part of the new erotic dance scene.
Fixed: Lewd experience increasing by 80 if you selected to extend the new erotic dance scene.
