most likely your BID doesnt match, if run the game then open edizon in your album and click on the blue "C" you might get a message saying it sees cheats but it doesnt match your build. at that same screen you can see your TID and BID on the top left. if you look at the cheat file you see the BID and if that matches then idk but if it doesnt then you see the reason wh it doesnt work for you.
