Fiend Factory Codex Compliant!

Let us know if there's any errors or oddness you spot because this was edited whilst Wib was running a fever so whilst he's pretty sure it should all make sense he wouldn't be surprised if that's the fever talking.
UPDATE: We just put up a slightly updated version. It has some super small changes that only an obsessive editor would notice. So basically only Wib could tell you what has changed.
