Codex Compliant Preview

Due to a bunch of boring real-life reasons we may struggle to get this one finished by the end of the month so forgive us if it ends up a few days late (or is on time but doesn't go up for you folks early).
This'll tech us to try and cover 2 books in one video I guess!

The Imperial Armour series has some amazing books in it (Badab and the ork themed one being my personal favourite.) I'm looking forward to this as I have fond memories of fighting alot of the equipment in these books with my orks. The vanquisher was a good anti-armour unit (no patch on the Tau Hammerhead) and orks really struggled to deal with armour in this edition, so my regular guard opponent thrashed me pretty consistently. At the same time he collected a drop trooper army with real, resin valkyries that cost at one point more than his car. . .

2021-06-27 17:05:06 +0000 UTCI'm pretty sure I had a copy of the first book, but can remember absolutely nothing about it! Probably because I didn't play Guard... I like the attempts at more realistic dioramas to illustrate the models though, had that been done before?
