First, a huge welcome to all our new supporters and a heartfelt thanks to those whoโve been here from the start, youโre the reason this project keeps growing.
Iโm deep into work on Version 0.8, which pushes the story into the next day (Friday) of the game world. Itโs a big one, so itโll take me a couple of months to get just right. In the meantime, Iโll keep sharing progress so you can follow along.
So whatโs in store for 0.8?
Think of this as our summer edition (even if it will come out after the technical end of the summer) the characters grabbing the last bits of sun-drenched fun before the shadows start creeping in. Youโll see:
Poolside scenes where the cast finally crosses paths in unexpected combinations, sometimes hilarious, sometimes tense.
The first hints that youโll need to choose how you spend your time and who you might end up dancing with later on.
Moments of lighthearted mischief colliding with the slow burn of the supernatural mystery.
And yes, those โpesky vampiresโ arenโt going anywhere, if anything, they might be about to become more of a problem. Being undead can be terrifyingโฆ but hey, at least they donโt have to worry about homework right?
0.8 is about contrast, sunlight and shadow, friendship and suspicion, normality and the strange. Once this day ends, thereโs no going back.
