メンバーシップに関する連絡/message regarding membership
Added 2024-03-16 13:29:09 +0000 UTCカードの決済がうまくできなかった、または何らかの形でメンバーシップの更新が止まってしまい、プランに入っているにも関わらずロールが割り当てられず各プランの内容が見れないケースが発生した場合、以下の手順をお試しください！
【patreon上のメンバーシップタブ→Discordアクセスの管理→Zakuraのサーバーを離れる→再度サーバーに参加する】
こちらで再度ロールが付与されます！
もしこれでダメだった場合はdiscrodの接続を解除して再度上記手順をお試しください。それでも見れないという方はdiscordまたはpatreon上で直接連絡をお願いします。
If you are unable to make a successful card payment, or your membership has stopped updating for some reason, and you are unable to see the details of each plan because you are not assigned a role even though you are in a plan, please follow the steps below. Try these steps!
[Membership tab on patreon → Manage Discord access → Leave Zakura server → Join server again]
Here you will be given a role again!
If this does not work, please disconnect the discrod and try the above steps again. If you still can't see it, please contact us directly on discord or patreon.
